After I paid, the tracking just sat there for weeks with no real updates. I kept checking and nothing changed, which was really frustrating. This feels like something that should’ve been avoidable with better communication.

The site technically works, but the design feels old and messy. The colors and layout just don’t look modern at all, and a few pages feel thrown together. I expected something much cleaner, so now I feel kind of stupid for trusting it would be better than this
